The feature debut of lauded commercials director Rodrigo Valdés, the thriller is set against the dramatic landscapes of Mexico and features large-scale production values, multiple special effects and a notable cast that includes Paola Núñez, Natalia Solián, Gustavo Sánchez Parra and Luis Alberti. “It’s been a challenge and a pleasure to experiment with this fun mix of genres and wrap it in Mexico and its characters,” said Valdés who is known for his action-packed ads and has recently worked as a second-unit director in the upcoming Eddie Murphy crime-busting comedy “Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F.”
